The assembler will complete final assembly, testing, and quality control of all parts. Assemble all units in Hydro and Final assembly, including all piping, insulation, and wiring, along with final testing. Must be able to read and follow work orders, blueprints, and work instructions to complete units as designed and to quality standards. Responsible for utilizing the Quality Traveler system to track all critical-to-quality metrics and ensure all products are built to acceptable design and assembly standards. Handle light, heavy and average weight parts. Use hand and power tools. Accurately complete all sub-assemblies prior to installation on unit. Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment Assemble a variety of products from blueprints and drawings. Ability to fit parts to close tolerances. Must be mechanically inclined. Listen and learn from instructions. Cooperate and participate in the department’s training program. Participate in all 5S initiatives. Other duties as assigned. At least 2 years of experience in assembly in a manufacturing environment. English comprehension is a must. Manufacturing Engineer The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for designing, improving, and sustaining manufacturing processes to ensure safe, repeatable, and cost-effective production. This role bridges engineering and the shop floor—turning designs into reliable production methods while driving continuous improvement in quality, throughput, and labor efficiency. This is a hands-on role that requires regular presence on the shop floor and close collaboration with operators, quality, supply chain, and design engineering. Process & Production Engineering Develop, document, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, routings, and standard work Create and optimize layouts, tooling, fixtures, and workholding to improve safety, ergonomics, and efficiency Support new product development (NPD) from prototype through full production Establish takt time, labor standards, and capacity models Lead and support Kaizen events, 5S initiatives, and waste reduction efforts Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, rework, and variation using Lean toolsAnalyze production data to drive improvements in OTD, yield, FTT, and throughput Quality & Reliability Partner with Quality to address nonconformances, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions Ensure processes are capable, repeatable, and meet design and regulatory requirements Cross-Functional Support Work closely with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA) Train operators and supervisors on new or updated processes Documentation & Systems Maintain accurate BOMs, routings, and labor standards in ERP/MRP systems Create visual work instructions, process maps, and control plans Support audits and compliance requirements as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role (metal fabrication, machining, assembly, or industrial equipment preferred) Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications Comfortable working directly on the shop floor with hourly teams Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP/MRP systems Familiarity with fixtures, tooling design, and CNC or fabrication processes Experience supporting mixed-model or engineer-to-order production environments Practical problem solver with strong root cause skills Clear communicator across engineering, operations, and leadership Organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven Bias toward action and continuous improvement Interested Candidates should send resumes to View email address on click.appcast.io with the Subject “Manufacturing Engineer”. Welder Combination Weld materials for pressure vessels and structural steels products using the correct materials to join the metals together. Pressure vessel welding must meet all applicable ASME and TEMA specifications and pass X-Ray, die penetrant and visual inspections. Weld MIG, TIG, and stick pressure vessels and structural steels Measure and cut materials to specifications. Read and understand blue prints according to weld specifications and blueprints prior to starting a project. Review engineering change orders (ECO’s) and implement desired changes. Source the materials to be used in the project. Use quality assurance instruments. Check finished work to make sure that it falls within the tolerances marked on the blueprints. Follow all standardized processes, including safety policies and PPE requirements. Ensure equipment is maintained and quality standards are met with all products. Adhere to 5S standards daily and participate in Kaizen events. Qualifications Vocational School or Technical Training required. Welding Certificate preferred. Ability to pass ASME coupon tests and obtain ASME Certified Combination Welder 1 year minimum MIG, TIG, stick welding experience in manufacturing environment or combo of education/training and work experience. Electro-Mechanical Assembler Perform a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies. Determine and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Make setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications. Responsible for utilizing the Quality Traveler system to track all critical-to-quality metrics and ensure all products are built to acceptable design and assembly standards. Mount and connect auxiliary, mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic or hydraulic equipment. Assemble and test a variety of tube bundles, coils, and shells. Accurately complete all sub-assemblies prior to installation on unit Maintain dimensional accuracy on assemblies utilizing torque wrenches, fixtures, tooling, gages and other measuring devices. Perform precision harness wiring assembly tasks according to engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams, ensuring accuracy. Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and work instructions to complete units’ assembly as designed and to established quality standards. Fit parts to close tolerances. At least 2 years of experience in mechanical/ electrical assembly in a manufacturing environment. Technical School Degree or Completion of an Apprenticeship Program is desired. English comprehension is a must with good verbal and written communication skills. Good mechanical and electrical aptitude. General understanding of mechanical blueprints and highly sophisticated equipment. Ability to listen and learn from instructions.
