**Requirements:** - RN Licensure - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) - 2+ years of experience - Level IV trauma experience **Additional Information:** - EMR: MEDHOST-EDIS - Patient ratio: 1:5 - Must wear scrubs in any solid color - Number of beds: 14 - Parking available in front of hospital - Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from the facility
