Full Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Support Specialist and play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized data systems. This position is responsible for day-to-day data entry, attendance tracking, student profile updates, and maintaining organized physical and electronic files. You will support the accuracy and integrity of program data by following established procedures, collaborating with team members, and contributing to efficient data management processes. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to data accuracy. Data Entry Enter daily attendance into the TWC TEAMS database. Build student profiles in TWC TEAMS. Enter initial test and post-test scores as directed. Complete general data entry as needed. Records Organization Maintain physical student files, keeping them organized and up to date throughout the year. Organize and file sign-in sheets throughout the year. Complete general filing as needed. Compliance & Quality Enter data into TWC TEAMS with no more than 10% data entry error. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies, including PII. Training Attend at least three hours of TWC TEAMS training courses every year. Other Duties Maintain confidentiality of student and organizational information. Assist with seasonal data projects (e.g., rollover, year close-out) as directed by your supervisor. Additional responsibilities as required. Pay: $18.00 per hour Job Type: Part-time (28 hr/wk, M-Th) Qualifications Strong Typing and Computer Literacy skills for accurate and efficient data entry. Clear Communication skills and a customer service mindset when interacting with learners, staff, and community partners. Experience in Administrative Assistance, including filing, record keeping, and managing basic office tasks. Attention to detail, ability to follow data procedures, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. Comfort working with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and basic databases. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively in a small team environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in data entry, nonprofit, or educational settings is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
