About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer to take on a pivotal role in the business, with a focus on owning and accelerating revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for all revenue-related functions, including sales, business development, customer success, and deal execution. This hands-on position involves personally leading and closing large, complex deals, and transforming the current sales approach into a more structured and repeatable revenue engine. The CRO will also be tasked with improving various aspects of the sales process, coaching a senior sales team, and acting as a key partner to the CEO in revenue strategy and execution. Ideal candidates for the Chief Revenue Officer role at the company will have a proven track record in closing large, complex deals, particularly in regulated or high-accountability environments. Experience in scaling revenue within fast-growing, venture-backed companies is essential, as is the ability to operate effectively in demanding, mission-driven settings. The role requires a hands-on leader who is credible with senior stakeholders and is comfortable with a high level of accountability. The CRO will be expected to have a deep understanding of customer needs and to be able to translate this into product and go-to-market strategy.
