Job Details Pay: Up to $34/hour base (differentials for weekends and overnights) Shift: 2nd 12pm-12am Role: (Contract) Manufacturing Associate I Location: Norwood, MA Duration: Six-month contract (with possible extension) Not C2C candidates- W2 only We are seeking a Manufacturing Associate I to join a cohesive team at a state-of-the-art GMP Manufacturing site in Norwood, MA. In this role, you will play a key part in producing mRNA-based medicines for clinical trials. If you’re detail‑oriented, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and want to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions, this is the opportunity for you! Required Experience Bachelor's Degree in a related field OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience OR 4+ years of related GMP experience Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and execute processes to produce mRNA medicines Use disposable technologies, automation systems, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure rapid product release Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Document equipment operations and process steps clearly and accurately Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards Support investigations into any deviations or issues that arise during production Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment (including gowning procedures) Practice safe work habits and follow site safety guidelines Look for opportunities to improve operational efficiency Qualifications Biotech Laboratory/Sciences GMP Experience Experienced 4 year(s) Equal Opportunity Employer Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
