We are growing, and we are looking for a dedicated Insurance Agent to join our friendly, community-focused team. Responsibilities

Connect with local community members to understand their personal or business insurance needs.

Create customized coverage plans that provide real security for our clients.

Manage incoming inquiries and proactively reach out to potential policyholders to explain our offerings.

Review existing client accounts to ensure their protection levels remain appropriate as their lives change.

Maintain accurate and timely records of all policy updates and interactions.

Participate in local events and initiatives to deepen our connection with the Somerset region.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property Casualty Insurance License.

Solid track record of success in sales and client relationship management.

Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex policy details simply.

High level of comfort using digital insurance software and standard office technology.

Reliable transportation for daily operations in and around Somerset.

Prior experience in local relationship building or community networking.
