Job Opportunity At Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical

Bellows Heating Plumbing Cooling & Electrical is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to generate leads for HVAC, generators, and water treatment services within one of our designated locations. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to earn a competitive income in a friendly retail environment. Compensation: $20 - $22 (DOE) Hourly Part-Time or Full-Time

Spiff: $50 per sold lead (see policy for details)

Benefits: Full time persons can enroll in medical, dental, vision, vacation, holiday, and 401k w/ match per company requirements and contributions. This is NOT a selling, cold calling or door to door position

Job duties will include:

• Engage with potential customers to help them create comfortable, efficient homes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and provide excellent customer support.
• Work independently while remaining in full compliance with vendor's rules and regulations.
• Availability for select weekends and staffing in-warehouse events is mandatory.

Training will be provided

Job Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or product demonstrations is highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Successful completion of background check
