ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2007 and lead a close-knit team of four. I began my career immediately after college as a State Farm team member and come from a family of State Farm agents, so this business has always been a part of my life. I attended the University of Washington—go Huskies!—and I’m also a proud mom of three, which has shaped the flexible, people-first environment we’ve built in our office.

Community involvement is important to us, and we stay active through our church and local initiatives like food and blood drives. We also support the University of Washington alumni community, the Everett Animal Shelter, and the Everett Chamber of Commerce, staying connected to the people and causes that matter most in our area.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Luigi Damian - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
