Company Profile: Our client is a highly innovative, pre-revenue B2B SaaS company that has developed a specialized virtual collaboration platform for professional workflows, including production, media/entertainment, architecture, and healthcare. Their platform provides a significant competitive advantage over standard video conferencing and hardware-heavy legacy solutions. Following the recent arrival of a seasoned sales leader, the company is now ready to scale the sales organization by bringing on a foundational team of Founding Account Executives.

Job Description:

• Sales Architecture: Act as a foundational Sr. AE, actively building and defining the sales infrastructure, playbooks, client-facing processes, and metric reporting (HubSpot) in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting through close, focusing on a target vertical to achieve a target quota of $1.5M.
• Consultative Demonstrations: Conduct deep-dive product demonstrations and consult with high-level agency and production stakeholders, using your industry knowledge to solve real-world media production collaboration and creative workflow bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• Industry Expertise: (Required): Proven background in professional broadcast, live production, or commercial drone imaging workflows, with a successful transition into B2B sales or technical account management
• Sales Profile: Proven track record in a full-cycle closing role (Account Executive) with proven quota attainment.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Candidates should be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment with limited built-in systems

Location: Hybrid based in the Greater Los Angeles / Orange County CA Area with flexibility to travel as needed. Remote candidates with strong industry experience are also encouraged to apply. Job #5843 Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Total Comp: $240,000 - $280,000
