Corporate Tax Manager - Manufacturing

SAAB is seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to lead tax compliance and planning for its U.S. manufacturing operations. In this role, you will oversee federal, state, and local income tax filings, manage ASC 740 tax provisions, and support transfer pricing and cross-border transactions. You will analyze tax impacts of business initiatives, drive process improvements, and ensure audit-ready documentation. Partnering with Finance and Operations, you’ll advise leadership on tax risk, credits, and incentives, helping optimize Saab’s tax position while supporting its mission-driven, high-tech global growth.
