Position Summary Servicing Personnel Office/Unit: Office of Human Resources Position Series: DS-501 Position Grade: DS-12/13 First Screening Date: June 16, 2026 Tour of Duty: To Be Determined Area of Consideration: Unlimited Promotion Potential: DS-13 Vacancies: One (1) or more Agency: Office of Financial Operations and Systems Responsibilities Support business owners and users of the District’s Integrated Financial System (DIFS) financial modules and reporting tools. Work cross‑functionally in an Oracle Cloud and Oracle Reporting environment. Assist with the design and implementation of system initiatives and ongoing maintenance of ERP financial modules. Improve business practices, processes, and internal controls. Ensure sufficient documentation retention for DIFS support activities. Identify and document business requirements. Review enhancement requests, conduct testing, and analyze functionality of Oracle and ERP processes and procedures. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Four (4) years of progressive work experience performing related duties such as identifying and documenting business requirements; analyzing the functionality and capabilities of Oracle ERP systems; supporting business process design in areas such as subledger accounting, budgetary controls, or other financial and procurement functions; and providing customer service and functional support to system users, including issue resolution, user guidance, and assistance with system navigation. Required Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of one or more Oracle financial or procurement modules (Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Assets, General Ledger, Procurement, Projects, Grants, Budgetary Control/Encumbrance Accounting) is required.
