We’re looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Services Coordinator to champion meaningful client relationships and drive exceptional service experiences. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the trusted point of contact for our clients—gathering insights, anticipating needs, and ensuring their experience with us is consistently seamless and rewarding. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership to deliver tailored solutions that align with both client goals and our company’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients—providing responsive, empathetic support across email, phone, and in-person channels.
• Proactively gather and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and presentations between clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage logistics for client-facing events, including venue bookings and room reservations.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to produce high-quality, on-brand client materials.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation in our CRM and internal systems.
• Filter and prioritize client requests and concerns, partnering cross-functionally to develop timely, effective resolutions.
• Escalate critical issues to the appropriate teams while keeping clients informed and reassured throughout the process.
• Work alongside operational and product teams to refine service offerings, evaluate feasibility, and recommend cost-effective enhancements.
• Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent communication, reliability, and personalized engagement.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and design platforms like Adobe Creative Cloud.
• 2+ years of experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar client-facing role—preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and message across diverse audiences.
• A detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities—able to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
