This position offers an attractive $100,000–$120,000 annual salary, a 50% remote / 50% in-person hybrid model, paid administrative time, and a flexible schedule designed to give BCBAs greater control over their workday. You'll have the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical services while working collaboratively with families, RBTs, caregivers, and school teams in both remote and in-person settings. Compensation & Benefits Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually For full-time BCBAs working 30+ billable hours per week: 6 paid holidays

Key Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and reassessments.

Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

Provide clinical supervision to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.

Provide remote and in-person supervision and clinical programming.

Conduct in-person visits in home and school settings as needed.

Review clinical data and make appropriate programming adjustments.

Monitor client progress and treatment outcomes.

Collaborate with parents, caregivers, educators, and other members of the care team.

Provide caregiver guidance and support.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications Active BCBA certification required

Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to work independently in both remote and in-person environments

Comfortable providing telehealth and in-person services

Reliable transportation for required local visits

Strong commitment to ethical, evidence-based ABA practices

Schedule & Flexibility Monday–Friday
