CNA - LTC/SNF

$738.07/week - Job Summary: Provide direct patient care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Support the healthcare team by assisting residents with daily activities and ensuring safety and comfort. Responsibilities: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility. Monitor and document patient vital signs and condition changes. Follow infection control protocols, including PPE usage and reporting exposures. Support the care plan by providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members. Maintain a clean and safe environment in accordance with facility policies. Qualifications: Current CNA certification and active license. Proven experience working in LTC or SNF environments. Ability to stand, lift, and assist with mobility and transfers. Strong communication and compassionate care skills. Willing to adhere to vaccination and PPE requirements.
