Why you'll love this job You’ll be responsible for providing administrative support for team members and leadership, collaborating with a cohesive group in a busy contact center setting, and ensuring the success of the Workforce Administration team. What you'll do As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations. Maintains In-depth understanding of all aspects of payroll coding, using systems such as Workbrain, Mytime, Aspect, and Absence Tracker. Manages timekeeping processes and coding for team members, ensuring accurate entry and auditing of timesheets. Processes and monitors state-specific leaves, including compliance with local regulations. Coordinates and tracks FMLA coding requests, ensuring proper documentation and timely updates in HR systems. Serves as a resource for team members and leaders regarding leave policies, payroll adjustments, and coding requirements to maintain compliance and operational accuracy. Interprets and applies provisions of the JCBAS for TWU-IAM and CWA-IBT, ensuring compliance and accurate administration of contractual obligations. Provides excellent service to our team members through phone, email, IVR, chats, and video calls. Supports other administrative activities as necessary, such as management of inbound correspondence, fulfillment of customer compensation, or maintenance of activity logs. All you'll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience High School diploma or GED equivalency. 1 year of administration experience or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience Minimum of 3 years experience in an office or call center setting. Previous experience with analyzing data to improve processes and facilitate operational excellence. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Knowledge of MS Office Products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot. Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure. Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to be self-motivated with strong organizational skills. Ability to grasp concepts and functionality of specific software and programs. Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service. Approachable and professional demeanor. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work varied hours and holidays (as business needs may vary). Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges (if applicable).
