ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. State Farm has always been a big part of my life, as my mom was also a State Farm agent. I started my own career as a receptionist in a State Farm office in Tampa and worked my way up, gaining valuable experience alongside some of the top-performing agents in the country before opening an agency of my own.

Staying connected to our community is important to me. I'm actively involved with the Phoenix LGBT Chamber of Commerce and the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, which provide great opportunities to build relationships and support local businesses.

Our agency offers 14 days of paid time off, licensing reimbursement, and complimentary snacks and drinks in the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Anthony Santiago - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
