Strategic Chief of Staff, Civil Society & AI Philanthropy

The OpenAI Foundation is looking for a senior Chief of Staff to join the Civil Society & Philanthropy team, acting as a trusted deputy to the Head of CSP. You will own end-to-end programs, manage cross-functional partnerships, and help shape strategic priorities while ensuring rigorous execution and accountability. You will partner closely with leadership, build scalable systems and processes, and contribute to a mission-driven effort to advance responsible AI philanthropy and civil society
