This is a great opportunity for an experienced and entrepreneurial attorney to join a highly regarded mid-size law firm recognized for its sophisticated and diverse client base, collaborative culture, and strong platform that fosters professional growth. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience advising public company clients on SEC reporting obligations, including periodic and current reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8‑K) and proxy statements. Counseling on disclosure requirements, corporate governance matters, and Exchange Act compliance. Managing client relationships with sophistication and some degree of independence.
