Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.Current Louisiana State CLS-Generalist or CLS-Technician licensure requiredBLS (CPR) Certification required.Knowledge of and adherence to current Laboratory theory and practice, infection prevention, and Laboratory standards of practice.Knowledge of accreditation standards to ensure adherence to all standards set forth by state and accrediting agencies of TJC and CMS, CLIA.IndependentMeticulous attention to detailExcellent written and oral communication skillsAnalytical SkillsTime Management skillsDexterity and good eye-hand coordinationCritical Thinking skillsRecognize problems and develop solutions or alternative approaches.Excellent perception and visualization- identifying patterns trends. (i.e.)
