Beauty Advisor / Guest Experience Associate - Part-time

Lead the Experience. Drive the Results. Our Senior Beauty Advisors / Guest Associates bring experience, confidence and leadership to the Coterie guest experience. This role is designed for someone with strong customer service and sales experience who is ready to take greater ownership of guest relationships, team performance and daily operations. You’ll connect guests with services, products and experiences they’ll love while helping the Guest Associate team stay focused, supported and moving toward shared goals. WHAT YOU’LL OWN + LEAD Convert calls, inquiries and new guest leads into booked appointments Manage the guest experience from check-in to checkout Drive rebooking, service add-ons, memberships, retail and gift card sales Follow up with leads, inquiries, callbacks and wait-list guests Help set, communicate and track individual and team goals Support and guide Guest Associates throughout the day Help train and coach newer team members Monitor salon flow and step in to solve guest or scheduling challenges Maintain supply inventory and communicate replenishment needs Help keep retail displays stocked, organized and guest-ready Support current campaigns, events, packages and promotions Partner with leadership to maintain service standards and a strong team culture Participate in team meetings and ongoing education YOU’LL SHINE IF You have strong customer service, hospitality or sales experience You love closing a sale and reaching a goal You’re confident talking about numbers, goals and results You know how to lead by example and bring out the best in others You’re proactive and notice what needs attention before being asked You’re comfortable coaching, giving feedback and helping others improve You can handle difficult conversations and guest concerns with confidence and professionalism You’re organized, accountable and comfortable managing multiple priorities You’re a strong problem solver who stays calm when the day gets busy You care about both the guest experience and the business behind it Lead the team.
