Salesperson/Store Driver Store

Salesperson Responsibilities Provide an excellent DIY customer experience for in‑person visits and phone calls. Achieve personal sales goals and help the store attain its sales objectives. Deliver DIY services, including battery installation, testing, and wiper blade installation. Maintain store product and operational standards. Handle inventory processes: truck put‑away, shot‑outs, cycle counts, and back‑stock management. Salesperson Qualifications Entry‑level sales experience (2‑3 years) in a diverse retail environment with a customer‑centric focus. Basic knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts. Ability to source parts from stores, hubs, and external suppliers. Basic math proficiency and accurate use of POS and parts lookup systems. Strong communication skills in English (Spanish a plus); build relationships with customers, peers, and management. Availability to work assorted days, evenings, and weekends as needed. Store Driver Responsibilities Safely deliver parts to commercial customers as required. Pick and stage parts for customer orders. Manage returns and core returns. Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers. Daily collection of credit accounts. Store Driver Qualifications Automotive parts experience is preferred. Must have a valid driver's license and be fleet safety certified. Basic driving and navigation proficiency. Proficiency with delivery board system and inventory systems for back‑stock. Strong communication skills and ability to locate and stock parts.
