As a Security Officer Patrol Monitoring in West Point, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer supporting a dynamic automotive location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of automotive facilities, parking areas, loading zones, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate activity, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns through visible presence, observation, and timely reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
