Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on a pivotal role as a member of our therapeutic team, where your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and joint therapy sessions with couples and families, creating comprehensive treatment plans based on the unique dynamics of each family.

• Specializing in addressing issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, communication conflicts, grief and loss, marital challenges, and parental dynamics.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that encourage open dialogue and connection among family members, ensuring a supportive environment for healing and growth.

• Utilizing evidence-based methodologies and therapeutic frameworks to support clients in overcoming relational challenges and personal obstacles.

• Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in line with professional standards and organizational protocols.

• Engaging in regular supervision and professional development to refine your skills and stay informed about the latest developments in the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will predominantly consist of adults, children, and adolescents, with a focus on diverse family structures. You will work closely with families facing various challenges, including blended family issues, adjustment to separation and divorce, and individual mental health concerns. We emphasize a holistic approach to therapy, understanding the interconnectedness of emotional well-being and familial relationships.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related mental health field.
