What You'll Do:

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level III NICU caring for critically ill and premature newborns
• Manage an average of 7-8 NICU patients daily
• Attend high-risk deliveries and provide stabilization
• Support healthy newborn care in the nursery
• Collaborate with a team of Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, faculty, and private practice physicians
• Participate in continuous quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Potential leadership opportunities for qualified candidates
• Contribute to positive neonatal outcomes and family-centered care

What You Need:

• Medical license and certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Completion of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship (or in process)
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Residency within the immediate local area preferred
