UNC Rex (UNC Health Medical Group) has the opportunity for a Hospitalist to join our growing hospitalist team in Holly Springs, NC. This position will start in September 2026.
Schedule: 7am-7pm (7 days on and 7 days off)
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Medicine or DO school
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- North Carolina licensed or in process
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience

Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited school of medicine. Licensure/Certification Requirements: Board Certified Internal Medicine DEA;ACLS;MD Professional Experience Requirements: Prefer prior hospitalist experience. Knowledge/Skills/and Abilities Requirements: Language Skills: Should be able to communicate proficiently in English.
REASONING ABILITY
High-level quantitative and qualitative reason skills are essential in order to diagnosis medical and clinical issues presented by patients.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
North Carolina Medical License, DEA License, BLS/ACLS certification preferred. Board certified in Internal Medicine.
