Based at headquarters, this role serves as a marketing generalist, overseeing a broad portfolio of initiatives including account-based marketing, events, social media, thought leadership, brand management, sales enablement, and customer communications. Working closely with sales, regional and field marketing teams, product, and corporate partners, this leader will translate business priorities into impactful marketing programs that support customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and execute national B2B marketing strategies aligned to business goals and sales priorities. Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, events, email, and account-based marketing channels. Create and manage sales collateral, customer-facing materials, presentations, and thought leadership content. Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing initiatives. Partner with regional sales and field marketing teams to align national strategies with local market opportunities. Manage marketing budgets, expense tracking, forecasting, and vendor relationships. Oversee participation in industry events, trade shows, customer programs, and executive engagement opportunities. Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations to optimize marketing effectiveness. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, communications, creative, and external agency partners to deliver high-impact programs. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.8+ years of B2B marketing experience, including strategy development and campaign execution. Experience managing integrated marketing programs across multiple channels. Strong understanding of account-based marketing, events, content marketing, and sales enablement. Experience working with or within a marketing agency Proven ability to manage budgets, prioritize competing initiatives, and drive measurable results. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with distributed sales organizations and cross-functional teams.
