Yard Associate

Job Summary Porter / Yard Worker – responsible for stationing and retrieving equipment, maintaining a written maintenance schedule, inspecting equipment before and after rental, and ensuring all equipment meets specifications. Responsibilities Station and retrieve equipment on the location's property. Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment as necessary. Inspect equipment prior to and after rental to document any lost and/or damaged items. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred. Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred. Skills & Abilities Effective communication with customers (written and oral). Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). General mechanical aptitude. Safety‑focused mindset. Bilingual (Spanish or Other) may be required based on location needs. Physical Demands Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors or outdoors as required.
