Looking for a position where you can take ownership and make an impact? We're seeking a dependable, self-motivated Warehouse Associate to oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and ensuring products move efficiently from receiving through shipping.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Job Description:

Independently manage daily warehouse operations from receiving through shipping
Prepare and complete customer orders for delivery or pickup, including loading, packing, wrapping, labeling, and shipping
Receive, inspect, unload, label, and properly store incoming inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine cycle counts and inventory control
Complete inventory logs and maintain accurate warehouse documentation
Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or operational issues promptly
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Optimize warehouse layout and storage space for efficiency
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inventory and operational needs
Follow company quality standards, safety procedures, and warehouse policies

Job Requirements:

Previous warehouse experience required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment
Forklift experience a plus
Comfortable loading, unloading, and moving materials throughout the warehouse
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
