Job Title: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst / Senior / Lead Location: Taylor, TX, 76574 Duration: 24 Months Job Summary The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analyst supports the organization’s risk management framework by identifying, analyzing, and quantifying risks that may impact strategic and operational objectives. This role collaborates with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver data‑driven insights, enabling informed, risk‑aware decision‑making across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Analyst (Level 1) Support risk identification exercises by gathering and documenting stakeholder inputs Maintain and update the enterprise risk register ensuring data accuracy Perform qualitative risk assessments using established frameworks Collect and organize data for risk scoring and heat map development Validate risk data integrity Prepare draft reports and assist with management dashboards Format and proofread risk documentation and presentations Participate in workshops, capturing notes and action items Track mitigation plans and follow up with risk owners Manage monitoring schedules and review timelines Support ERM initiatives with assigned tasks Conduct research on industry trends and regulatory updates Analyst (Level 2) (Typically 2+ years of experience) Independently facilitate risk workshops with business units Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative risk analyses Develop risk models estimating probability and financial exposure Design and maintain Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) Perform scenario analysis and stress testing Deliver risk reports and executive‑level presentations Act as ERM liaison for assigned business units Coordinate risk assessment timelines across functions Collaborate with audit, compliance, legal, and finance teams Develop mitigation plans aligned with risk tolerance Monitor mitigation effectiveness and elevate risks Manage small‑to‑mid ERM projects Senior Level (Typically 5+ years of experience) Lead enterprise‑wide risk assessments and methodologies Analyze strategic, operational, financial, and reputational risks Define and translate risk appetite into measurable thresholds Build advanced quantitative models and sensitivity analyses Lead stress testing and scenario planning initiatives Prepare board‑level and executive risk reports Serve as senior advisor to business leadership on risk matters Lead cross‑functional ERM initiatives Ensure effective mitigation strategies aligned with enterprise goals Contribute to ERM policy and governance development Mentor junior team members and provide QA oversight Manage large, complex ERM projects Lead Level (Typically 8+ years of experience) Drive strategic direction of the ERM program Design and implement enterprise‑wide risk frameworks Serve as escalation point for complex risk issues Represent ERM in executive and risk committee meetings Advise leadership on strategic risk implications Integrate risk insights into business strategy and capital planning Oversee ERM governance, policies, and procedures Partner with legal, compliance, and internal audit teams Build executive stakeholder relationships Lead and develop ERM team performance Oversee major ERM program initiatives and resource planning Qualifications Education Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or related field (Required) Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience considered Experience Level 1: Entry‑level (no experience beyond degree required) Level 2: Minimum 2 years relevant experience Senior: Minimum 5 years relevant experience Lead: Minimum 8 years relevant experience Preferred Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) CQRM (Certified Quantitative Risk Management) Key Skills & Competencies Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills Risk assessment and mitigation strategy development Stakeholder management and communication Knowledge of ERM frameworks and governance Data analysis, reporting, and visualization Project management and coordination abilities Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights #J-18808-Ljbffr vTech Solution
