Are you an experienced restaurant leader who knows how to drive sales, mentor a team, and run a profitable store—but tired of 60-hour workweeks, 5:00 AM openings, and 2:00 AM closes? We are offering a top-tier General Manager opportunity at our Dairy Queen location designed for high performers who value strong earning potential and a healthy work-life balance. WHY LEAD OUR TEAM? Exceptional Earning Potential: Base salary starting at $48,000/yr with monthly and annual performance bonuses taking your total compensation up to $66,100/yr. True Work-Life Balance: We require only a 45-hour workweek. No early breakfast shifts, no late-night drive-thru closes. Full Autonomy: Take complete ownership of store operations, culture, and profitability with direct support from ownership. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS PACKAGE: Base Salary: $48,000 / year Monthly Performance Bonus: Up to $1,400 / month ($16,800 annual potential) Annual & Retention Bonuses: $1,300 / year ($1,000 annual bonus + $300 additional bonus) Total Target Compensation: $66,100 / year Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Retirement Savings Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Free Meals & Employee Discounts Tuition Assistance & Ongoing Leadership Support CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Store Leadership & Team Development: Hire, train, and mentor your management team and crew members. Build an upbeat culture that keeps retention high. P&L & Financial Growth: Take ownership of store profitability. Control labor and COGS, manage inventory, and execute strategies to drive sales and check averages. Operational Excellence: Maintain top standards for food quality, speed of service, and guest satisfaction during peak lunch and dinner hours.
