This role is crucial for maintaining the highest quality of products while adhering to cost minimization and meeting customer specifications and deadlines. Available Shifts and Pay Rates: 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM. Pay: $19.25/hr. Company Benefits:Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:Paid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, and vision insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disability coverage401(k) plan with company matchAnd more!  What You'll Do:Collaborate with the Team/Floor Leader to understand daily priorities, assignments, and production goals, and execute tasks accordingly.Assemble, package, verify, and prepare finished printed products to meet quality standards, customer specifications, and required quantities.Load, tag, label, and move finished products onto skids or pallets.
