Key Responsibilities

• Maintain aseptic technique throughout all operating room procedures
• Set up required equipment, instrumentation, and sterile supplies for assigned cases
• Scrub and pass instruments and equipment during surgical procedures
• Pull cases as needed and break down cases at the conclusion of each procedure
• Set up the operating room and supplies needed for the current and following day's surgical schedule
• Remain available for on-call duties on an assigned, scheduled basis as required by unit need

Required Qualifications

• Certification as a Surgical Technician (CST) required
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of aseptic technique in the OR setting
• Experience scrubbing and passing instruments during surgical procedures
• Ability to set up and break down the operating room efficiently

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across a variety of surgical specialties
• Comfort with on-call scheduling and flexible availability
