Treasury Advisor

DescriptionWe are looking for a Corp. Treasury Advisor to support enterprise-wide financing strategy and liquidity planning in Memphis, Tennessee with one of our prestigious clients. This role will help guide debt and credit activities across a global treasury environment while delivering insight into cash needs, capital structure, and funding efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong financial analysis skills, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate with executives, lenders, and cross-functional teams.Responsibilities:• Direct debt and credit financing efforts across secured and unsecured structures, including bonds, bank facilities, private placements, and asset-backed arrangements.• Build and maintain cash flow and liquidity forecasts to support daily funding decisions and longer-term capital planning.• Monitor compliance with lending terms and debt covenants, escalating risks and helping implement corrective actions when needed.• Improve working capital performance by evaluating and using funding tools such as commercial paper, leasing, equipment financing, factoring, and securitization.• Oversee collateral usage and financing support activities with a focus on cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.• Support treasury management processes related to debt servicing, reporting, and associated accounting coordination within corporate finance.• Create dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for leadership, investors, and credit rating stakeholders that clearly communicate treasury performance and funding strategy.• Contribute to financing workstreams tied to strategic initiatives and other treasury-related projects as assigned, while ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, risk management, business, or a closely related discipline.• At least 5 years of experience in finance, or 3 years of relevant experience combined with a graduate degree in a related field.• Background in corporate treasury, debt financing, cash forecasting, and broader treasury operations.• Proficiency with spreadsheet modeling, financial analysis, and standard business software applications.• Ability to review and interpret credit agreements, debt documents, and other financial contracts.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple business functions.• Solid project management skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.• Willingness to travel as needed.Job typePerm
