Qualifications:

• Active OT license (Ohio) or COTA certification with ability to work under qualified supervision
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric therapy setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Keen organizational skills for caseload management
• Adaptability to new settings and school teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and interventions tailored to a diverse student population
• Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and monitor progress
• Document treatments and progress accurately and efficiently
• Support inclusion by helping students access their learning environment
• Travel between school sites if needed
