Technical Documentation WriterThis role focuses on creating structured, user-friendly documentation and training materials for enterprise platforms, particularly within DAM environments. The writer will collaborate with business and IT teams to produce high-quality content that supports onboarding, certification, and product usage.Key ResponsibilitiesAuthor comprehensive technical documentation, including API guides, migration playbooksCreate developer guides, architecture decision records (ADRs), and knowledgebase articlesTraining Material DocumentationProduce video tutorials and conduct training demos and presentationsAct as a single point of contact (SPOC) between business and IT teamsRequired SkillsProven experience in technical writing and training documentation (5–10 years).Strong background in DAM platforms and content modeling.Ability to create structured content.Experience with multimedia tools for training delivery.Experience RequiredTechnical Writing: 5–10 yearsTraining Material Documentation: 5–10 yearsDAM: Minimum 5 years experience required
