Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity In Tavares, FL

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Tavares, FL where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role supports inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) patients using WellSky EMR and averages roughly seven patients per day. Candidates must be available to start as soon as possible for an assignment starting mid-May to mid-July. No new graduates. Submit your resume to substitute.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) required.
• Experience with WellSky EMR required.
• No new graduates. Previous clinical experience required. Provide resume to substitute.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing a caseload of approximately seven patients per day.
• Previous travel or contract therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

• Shift availability: prefers a Saturday–Wednesday schedule; may consider Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday. Cannot accommodate Monday–Friday.
• Must be able to start ASAP for assignment that spans mid-May to mid-July.
• Location work setting: inpatient rehabilitation within a hospital.
• EMR: WellSky.
