Job Description: As a Kitchen Expo, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of orders between the kitchen and the dining area. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that all dishes are prepared accurately, presented beautifully, and delivered promptly to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Efficiently manage the flow of orders out of the kitchen, ensuring timely and accurate preparation.
• Quality Control: Inspect dishes for accuracy, presentation, and temperature before they are served to guests.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between the kitchen and waitstaff, relaying important information and special requests.
• Coordination: Assist in the final preparation of dishes and ensure that orders are prioritized correctly.
• Sanitation: Ensure that your station and the kitchen meet quality and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

• Previous Expo experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
