• Purchase order processing
• PO delivery status reports – reach out to vendors to check on deliveries
• Direct customer inquiries/complaints to appropriate person
• Manage inventory, including current stock and new deliveries
• Work with finance to invoice customers
• Sets up and maintains accurate records and files
• Answers and makes telephone calls
• Interface with outside vendors via phone and email
