Description HVAC Service Technician We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC service technician in Boston, MA and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems to determine necessary repairs or maintenance Install, service, and repair a variety of heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and time spent on each job Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs, maintenance procedures, and system operation Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards at all times Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role Valid HVAC technician license or certification as required by local regulations Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills and customer service orientation Valid driver’s license and clean driving record We provide a vehicle, major tools, company credit card, and phone allowance.
