Managing the coordination and documentation of commercial real estate loan investments, the full-time Commercial Mortgage Loan Closer will ensure compliance with due diligence standards while working remotely with occasional travel to the Bellevue, WA office for in-person events. Key responsibilities Track and manage the timely receipt of due diligence items, resolving issues to meet closing timelines Review title insurance commitments and borrower documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy in loan documentation Execute the funding process, including finalizing loan documents and coordinating with escrow and other parties involved Required qualifications 2-year degree or equivalent experience in a financial institution, legal, or title company 2-3 years of experience in closing commercial real estate loans Background in real estate finance, title company, or legal field Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High school diploma required
