Clinical Research Data Associate Manager

Stryker seeks a Clinical Research Data Associate Manager to oversee data management for complex clinical studies in the Peripheral Vascular business. This remote role provides strategic leadership across the study lifecycle, ensuring regulatory compliance and data quality while managing vendors and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities

Lead data management activities including database planning, query management, and database freezes/locks
Design, build, and maintain clinical databases, CRFs, workflows, and edit checks aligned with protocols
Develop data management plans and review strategies to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance
Direct data cleaning, query resolution, and corrective actions to maintain data accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on study execution, reporting, and regulatory submissions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
6+ years clinical data management experience in medical device, technology, or pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated ability to independently lead data management across multiple complex studies
Experience leading departmental initiatives or organizational improvement projects
Advanced expertise with CRF/eCRF design and clinical database development
Proficiency with SQL and/or data review and reporting tools

Compensation: $110,100 - $238,400 USD Annual (varies by location pay band)
