We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of dishes according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station and kitchen area
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Support the cooking team during service hours, ensuring timely and efficient food preparation
- Adhere to portion control and presentation standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations

Requirements:
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2 years of Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment is a plus
