About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Digital Officer to lead its direct-to-consumer business. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming the company's current first-order focus into a robust repeat-purchase model, with a strong emphasis on retention, lifecycle, and loyalty. This role demands a seasoned digital leader with a deep performance marketing foundation, capable of owning the DTC P&L and driving profitable growth. The Chief Digital Officer will also be tasked with installing a senior operating structure, including analytics transformation, and will be expected to lead a large, multi-department team. Experience in performance marketing, particularly with a substantial media budget, and a proven track record in areas such as conversion, site experience, and team leadership are essential. Applicants for the Chief Digital Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent operating experience, with a minimum of a decade in digital/e-commerce leadership. The role requires a candidate with a data-first, entrepreneurial mindset, and a builder's mentality, who is willing to relocate to the company's Southeast headquarters. While not mandatory, experience in the home, furniture, or related consumer category is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to lead through influence, and will have a strong background in AI application and a proven track record of working with large, multi-department teams. High integrity, resilience, and the ability to manage founder dynamics with maturity are also key personal characteristics for this role.
