A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is essential, with a preference for candidates holding a Master's degree. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in program or project management, with leadership experience in a manufacturing setting being highly valued. Proficient in tools like PRAs and Hoshin Kanri, you will be effective in managing cross-functional teams across production, planning, and supply chain.Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills are necessary, along with a solid understanding of AS9100 and IPC-620 standards.
