May also be required to perform installation of equipment at customer facilities.Essential FunctionsLevel 1:Basic mechanical abilitiesAbility to assemble components with instructions/guidanceAbility to operate tools such as drill press, drills, miscellaneous hand tools, drill and tap holesAbility to read tape measure and measure dimensions properly for assembly of componentsAbility to make hoses as needed, with trainingPossesses basic hand tools required to perform assembly tasksAbility to communicate with coworkersWork in a safe manner / follow all safety policesLevel 2:Level 1 duties and abilitiesAbility to bend piping and/or tubing properly and consistentlyAbility to thread pipingAbility to read basic blueprint drawings to be able to assemble equipment and to locate and drill holes for assembly of componentsAbility to identify proper fittings needed for all assembliesPass forklift trainingAbility to operate Plasma cutting machineAble to learn and comprehend tasks assignedGood attendanceLevel 3:Level 1 and 2 duties and abilitiesAbility to thoroughly read blue prints with minor assistanceAbility to solve problem issues when assembling equipmentAbility to assemble standard machines and machine components with minor assistanceAbility to identify errors on drawings regarding fittings or components requiredAbility to direct and train others on equipment use and machine assemblyAbility to handle lead on equipment installationsHandle various tasks well, as assignedMaintain Positive and supportive attitudeMaintain good AttendanceReinforce Cannon USA safety policiesOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
