You'll support a tech‑savvy resident base of professionals, manage front‑desk operations, assist tenants with requests, and handle leasing responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment. Job Description * To provide exceptional customer service and support resident retention * To manage front desk operations and assist residents with daily requests * To program key fobs and troubleshoot basic technology needs * To manage the postal locker system * To conduct leasing tours, sales, and closing to increase occupancy Required Qualifications * Apartment industry/multifamily leasing experience * Strong customer service and communication skills * Technology‑savvy and comfortable with electronic systems * Knowledge of Fair Housing laws * Ability to multitask in a luxury, high‑traffic environment Schedule & Pay * Monday - Friday * 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM * $20-$22/hr * Contract role Benefits Through BGSF * Weekly pay * Health, dental, and vision insurance options * PTO or sick leave as applicable per state/local law * Referral bonuses BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
