Operate production machines.Operate production machines.Pack unit cartons in corrugated boxes, pouches in corrugated boxes, tea bags in cartons, etc.Year-end inventory possiblePerform quality control inspections, as required, per standards and product specifications.Train newly hired or temporarily hired Packers on operating procedures as authorized by plant management. Direct and optimize workflow of part-time and/or temporary Packers, as needed.Long periods of standing and occasional lifting of roughly 40lbs.Maintain clean and safe work environmentComply with plant rules and policies.Important Details:This is a full-time permanent role on second (2nd) shift with possible overtime.
