Responsibilities Process and upload incoming checks and payments Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail Assist with check and wire processing activities Track payments and respond to internal inquiries Support the collection and distribution of tax documents, including W-9s Onboard clients, managers, and attorneys into internal systems Maintain accurate records and documentation Assist with process improvement projects and administrative tasks Provide general support to the Trust Accounting team Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Strong interest in accounting, finance, or business operations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
