Registered Nurse (RN) – Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center Operating Room Location: Charlotte, NC, United States. Where You Will Work Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center (CMC) is a Level 1 Trauma center, Magnet‑designated, and an approved transplant center. It also serves as a teaching hospital with residency programs. We’re Looking For Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Previous operating room experience strongly preferred. What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and enhance the patient experience across the continuum. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $38.20 – $57.30 per hour. Sign‑on bonus eligible. Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Shift, on‑call, and incentive pay based on role.
