Facilities Operator C- 2nd shift

Date Posted: 2026-04-14. Location: Andover, MA. Shift: 2nd shift (2:30pm – 11pm). Starting Wage: $19.85/hour. This role is onsite. Responsibilities Perform cleaning of assigned areas per instructions. Sweep, dry and wet mop floors; strip and clean surfaces. Apply waxing, treat, buff, and polish floors. Clean and polish desks, office furniture, walls, glass partitions, windows, blinds, and lights. Maintain sanitary condition of washrooms. Dispose general waste and recycling; move recycling/compost containers to the collection area. Sweep outside areas adjacent to doors, sidewalks, and steps. Maintain a clean work area. Perform general maintenance and daily housekeeping of workplace, tools, and equipment. Follow safety rules when performing duties. Equipment & Tools Central and portable vacuum systems. Clean room grade applicators. Mops, brooms, buckets. Brushes, roll mops, polishes, soaps, cleaning powders, and solutions. Waxes, solvents, isopropyl alcohol. Rubber gloves, lint‑free wipers, filter masks. Wall washing machines, sweepers, vacuum cleaners. Distilled water, buffing machines and attachments, power sweepers.
